A majority of the lawyers in the Paris office are members of Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in this practice focus on mergers and acquisitions, finance, private equity, privatizations, PPP/PFI, tax, and securities law.

Our European Labor and Employment Practice lawyers help clients negotiate the ever-changing landscape of laws that govern the workplace. Lawyers in the Paris office are well-versed in French, European Union, and international labor laws and have represented clients before courts and administrative bodies in a variety of business and employment matters.

The Paris office is also home to lawyers who focus on antitrust and competition issues. Antitrust lawyers in Paris file with and obtain clearance from the European Commission and national competition authorities, defend clients accused of antitrust violations, prosecute complaints against represented/third parties in merger proceedings, and ensure that clients' business operations comply with competition law.

With an emphasis on commercial and white collar crime litigation, the Paris litigation team represents both French and foreign clients in litigation matters. The commercial litigation team in our Paris office focuses on financial and banking litigation, company litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, international arbitration, enforcement of French and foreign judgments, and intellectual property litigation. The Paris office's white collar crime litigation team represents and advises companies and individuals on matters such as stock exchange regulation, liability of statutory auditors, corporate investigations, industrial liability and environment law, public/private contract law, trade agreements, press rectification, employment litigation, new technology, and urban planning and development.

The public and environmental law team advises on all aspects of public law, including regulatory as well as environmental law, on both advisory and litigation matters. In particular, this team focuses on PPP/PFI, concessions, and all administrative contracts.
