FROM THE NORTH:

If you take Biscayne Boulevard:

Take Biscayne Boulevard south to S.E. 2nd Street. Turn right at S.E. 2nd Street and stay to the left. The parking garage is on the left hand side, just before you get to the first traffic light. You will need photo identification to enter the parking garage. Enter the garage and park in a visitor's space. Before you get on the elevator, remember to note on your parking ticket the location of your car. Complimentary valet parking is available at Floor 5 of the garage.

From the garage elevator, press "L" for main building lobby. Take the bridge to the connecting building. Check in at the guard booth where you will once again need to show a photo identification. Take the second bank of elevators to the 49th Floor. There you will transfer elevators and proceed to our offices on the 53rd Floor.

If you take I-95:

Take I-95 S to Exit "2A" (follow the "Biscayne Boulevard" signs)
Stay on the leftmost lane of the exit ramp. Proceed past the light at the bottom of the exit ramp to the next light (S.E. 3rd Avenue). As you pass under the second light, bear to the left side of the road (you will be on S.E. 3rd Street on the left side of the People Mover track). Proceed around The Wachovia Financial Center and go the main entrance on the left. You will need photo identification to enter the parking garage. Enter the garage and park in a visitor's space. Before you get on the elevator, remember to note on your parking ticket the location of your car. Complimentary valet parking is available at Floor 5 of the garage. (It is advisable to use valet parking at lunchtime because the parking garage is very crowded.)

Take the second bank of elevators to the 49th Floor. There you will transfer elevators and proceed to our offices on the 53rd Floor.

FROM THE SOUTH:

If you take I-95:

Take I-95 N to Exit "2A" (follow the "Biscayne Boulevard" signs)

FROM MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

As you exit the airport, follow the signs to Downtown Miami. Follow signs to 836 east to I-95 S (95 south is a right-hand exit off 836).Take I-95 S to exit "2A" (Biscayne Boulevard). After the light, at the bottom of the exit ramp, proceed to the next light and bear to the left side of the road.
Proceed around The Wachovia Financial Center. The main garage entrance is on the left. You will need photo identification to enter the parking garage. Enter the garage and park in a visitor's space. Before you get on the elevator, remember to note on your parking ticket the location of your car. Instead of self parking, or if no visitor's space is available, you may valet park at floors 5 and 13 of the garage.
From the garage elevator, press "l" for main lobby building. Take the overpass to the connecting building. Check in at the guard booth where you will once again need to show a photo identification. Take the second bank of elevators to the 49th floor. There you will transfer elevators and proceed to our offices on the 53rd floor.
