We handle first-tier coverage disputes, industry disputes between brokers and reinsurers, and disputes between insurers and reinsurers in an array of areas.

• A significant portion of our work focuses on disputes arising under professional liability policies, including those for engineers and contractors, lawyers, and the healthcare industry.
• Our practice includes handling insurance disputes arising out of commercial crime and financial institutions fidelity policies, including pensions trustee liability policies.
• Our attorneys have also represented clients, including insurance liquidators and brokers, in multiple matters arising out of major insurance insolvencies, many of which involved fraud and RICO claims.
