- Representation of the owner and operator of the Hotel del Coronado in a $150+ million “conduit” financing.
- Representation of the purchaser of the Monarch Hotel, Washington, D.C., in negotiating a first mortgage and the mezzanine debt financing of the hotel’s acquisition.
- A five-property acquisition for various partnerships controlled by one of our developer clients. The transaction involved the acquisition of five "Historic Landmarks for Living" apartment buildings located in Philadelphia. Our client intends to convert all five properties into condominiums. The acquisition was financed with a $90 million senior loan and a $40 million mezzanine loan.
