The Irvine office opened its doors in February 2003. Located in Orange County, the office focuses principally on the real estate industry. Lawyers in this office provide the full range of real estate services, including: real property ownership, development and operations (including all forms and varieties of land use planning and entitlement; acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing activities; and strategic counseling and representation).
