Our attorneys are experienced in the drafting of arbitration, choice of forum and choice of law clauses in international commercial agreements and in the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and agreements.
Our attorneys have distinguished themselves professionally in the field. Two of the attorneys in our practice are members of the U.S. State Department’s Study Group on International Arbitration, part of the Secretary of State’s Advisory Committee on Private International Law, and one serves as a U.S. Delegate to the United Nations UNCITRAL Working Group on Arbitration. Another of attorneys served as a member of the committee that helped reform the English rules of international arbitration.
