Anne came to Morgan Lewis after a short time clerking for a federal district judge and practicing at a large midwestern law firm. What she remembers most from her whirlwind of  interviews at Morgan Lewis is that the lawyers she met all shared a collaborative approach to achieving excellence.

The firm’s emphasis on teamwork struck a chord in me. I had already decided that I wanted to work with the best lawyers in the country. It was clear from the beginning that Morgan Lewis would  provide me with the tools to deliver superior results, because the quality of training at Morgan Lewis is incomparable.

The legal opportunities here are very exciting. I am currently working with a team of lawyers on a large class-action discrimination case. It is very important to the client that the nationwide team of lawyers working on this case be up to date on the status of all aspects of this matter. As a team, we communicate through e-mail, voicemail, BlackBerry® handheld wireless devices and video-conferences.

It’s very challenging, demanding work. We are fortunate to have access to the expertise of seasoned lawyers throughout the country.
