• In the category of "Significant Lease Transactions" of industrial properties, we ranked second with our representation of a landlord (over 300,000 square feet to Qwest Communications Corp.).
• In the category of "Significant Sale Transactions," we ranked fourth with our representation of the seller in a $46 million sale of an office property (Sony Pictures Plaza in Culver City) and fifth with our representation of the buyer in a $52 million transaction.
• In the category of "Significant Lease Transactions" of office properties, our representation of a subtenant in the lease of office space (143,000 square feet to Toyota Motor Sales USA) was the seventh largest transaction.
