- Represented the operating partner in a joint venture formed to acquire a portfolio of 254 bank properties. The aggregate deal size was $318 million.
- Represented a REIT as the operating partner in a joint venture formed with a German investor to acquire an office park. The aggregate deal size was $250 million.
- Represented a real estate company in their acquisition of an office building in New York on behalf of a pension fund for which our client acts as the investment advisor. The building was acquired by a joint venture in which our client’s investor holds a 95% interest and its partner holds a 5% interest.
