Haley Pfeifer

Associate

Haley Pfeifer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Pfeifer focuses her practice on products liability, complex mass tort and toxic tort litigation. She defends Fortune 500 corporations in complex litigation, with a focus on litigation management and strategy. Ms. Pfeifer also has experience preparing for trial, including working closely with top expert witnesses in the fields of industrial hygiene and medicine. She has deposed more than 50 expert and fact witnesses and briefed complex jurisdictional and dispositive motions.

Ms. Pfeifer recently represented an oil field services company in the Deepwater Horizon litigation in federal multidistrict litigation. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she represented several national corporations in mass tort litigation in Massachusetts and California.

Ms. Pfeifer earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2007, where she served as senior production editor for the Loyola Law School International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Pfeifer received her B.A., with honors, in government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004.

Ms. Pfeifer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and California.
