Zachary E. Derbyshire, Ph.D., is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Dr. Derbyshire concentrates his practice on patent issues in chemistry and the life sciences.
Dr. Derbyshire received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2007. He received his Ph.D. in pharmacology and toxicology from the University of Arizona in 2004 and was a recipient of the American Heart Association's predoctoral fellowship from 2002-2004. Dr. Derbyshire received his B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego in 1998.
