Charles P. Groppe is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Groppe's practice encompasses a broad range of labor and employment law areas, including litigation in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies concerning employment discrimination and benefit claims. Mr. Groppe also provides advice and counseling under the National Labor Relations Act, and other state and federal employment laws.
Mr. Groppe earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1997 and his B.A. in philosophy from Georgetown University in 1981.
