J. Timothy Weil Harrington is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Harrington was a law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Harrington earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2007, where he was an editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law and vice president of the Law School Student Senate. He earned his B.A., with honors, in psychology from Wesleyan University in 2003.

Mr. Harrington is admitted to practice in New York.
