Jodi L. Lashin is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Lashin focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. She advises public and private company clients on a variety of matters, including public offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general securities, and corporate law. Ms. Lashin also has represented underwriters in initial public offerings of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and regularly counsels issuers in connection with reporting compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Ms. Lashin has been involved in a wide range of transactions including domestic and cross-border acquisitions of both publicly and privately held corporations and has represented both strategic and financial acquirers and targets.
