Celia Kendrick is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labour and Employment Practice.  Celia advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including employment contracts and compromise agreements, TUPE, redundancy programmes, trade union issues, the enforceability of restrictive covenants and the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and insolvencies, as well as day-to-day employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, maternity leave and sickness absence, and dismissals. She also advises on data privacy issues, with a particular focus on cross-border data transfer.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Celia was an employment associate at a major City law firm in London where she also trained.

Celia received her LPC, with distinction, from BPP Law School, England in 2008 and her Law LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds, England in 2007.

Celia is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
