Bahar Shariati is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Shariati served as a law clerk to Judge Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to Judge Herbert J. Hutton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Shariati also served as an associate in the healthcare group of a leading Philadelphia law firm, where she practiced primarily in the area of healthcare litigation. 

Ms. Shariati earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2005, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as managing editor of production for the Villanova Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy and politics from Oglethorpe University in 2002. 

Ms. Shariati is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
