Eric P. Sarabia is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Sarabia's practice involves a broad range of employee benefits matters, with a focus on transactional-based executive compensation.
Mr. Sarabia also has experience in mergers and acquisitions ranging from middle market to multibillion-dollar public transactions.
