Franco A. Corrado is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice and a member of the firm's Class Action Working Group. Mr. Corrado's practice focuses on a broad range of commercial and civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on consumer class actions and complex commercial disputes. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in nationwide litigation and major matters throughout the United States.

Mr. Corrado has represented clients in a variety of industries, including technology, software, pharmaceutical, and insurance. In the computer industry, Mr. Corrado currently represents a large, California-based computer manufacturer in class action lawsuits across the country asserting warranty, deceptive trade practices, and other claims.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Corrado clerked for Judge Frank J. Montemuro, Jr. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Corrado earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2003, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While at Villanova, Mr. Corrado served as an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review. He also received the Reverend Joseph Ullman Criminal Law Award. Mr. Corrado received his B.A., cum laude, in economics from Villanova University in 2000, where he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honors Society.

Mr. Corrado is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
