Ami S. Mody is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Mody worked at the Education Law Center–Pennsylvania as a Philadelphia Bar Association public interest fellow. While there, Ms. Mody focused her education law practice on the legal rights of youth in public school, including issues related to prompt enrollment, homelessness, and school discipline.
Ms. Mody received her J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2008, where she served as associate editor for the International and Comparative Law Journal and served as president of the South Asian Law Students Association. Ms. Mody received her M.A. in teaching from Johns Hopkins University in 2004, and served as a Teach for America Corps member from 2002 to 2004. She received her B.A. in political science and Spanish from Emory University in 2002.
Ms. Mody is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
