Frederick T. Schaudies is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Schaudies participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, Sesame Workshop, and the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office.
Mr. Schaudies received his J.D. from New York University School of Law School in 2010. While in law school, he led a team of students that convinced the New York University Board to lift a ban on Coca-Cola products. Mr. Schaudies received his B.S. in genetics from the University of Georgia in 2006.
Mr. Schaudies is admitted to practice in New York.
