Thomas J. Sharbaugh is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice.  Mr. Sharbaugh's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions for a number of domestic and foreign clients. His practice also includes securities offerings involving publicly and privately held companies and general corporate advice to a number of ongoing clients of the firm. He is also active in representing investment funds and issuers in venture capital transactions. In recent years, most of his transactional activity has been in Internet and technology fields.

Mr. Sharbaugh is the Firm Managing Partner for Operations and serves on numerous committees of the firm. He is a director of several publicly and privately held corporations and a trustee of the Young Scholars Charter School.
