Jennifer M. Kennedy is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Kennedy focuses her practice on state and federal litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance recovery litigation. Ms. Kennedy has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation cases in more than 10 states, with issues ranging from toxic torts to contract disputes to environmental regulatory issues and to franchising.
Ms. Kennedy received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002, where she was executive editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and articles and comments editor of the University of Miami Entertainment and Sports Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of Florida in 1999.
Ms. Kennedy is admitted to practice in California and Florida.
