Ingo Winterstein

Ingo Winterstein is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Winterstein focuses his practice on real estate transactions, including portfolio, sale, and leaseback transactions, international joint ventures, project development, closed and open ended funds structures, real estate financing, innovative risk transfer structures, REITs, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and similar transactions, restructuring, and insolvency law. He works for national and international real estate funds as well as institutional investors, banks, and insurers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Winterstein was a real estate partner in the Frankfurt office of an international law firm.

Mr. Winterstein passed his practical law clerk training (Referendarzeit) and his second state examination in 1988. He passed his first state examination at the University of Frankfurt in 1985.
