Nina G. Stillman is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice in the Chicago office.

In her practice, Ms. Stillman focuses on labor and employment, equal employment opportunity, and occupational safety and health law matters. She has successfully represented corporations and institutions in large employment class actions and individual employment, restrictive covenants, and health and safety-related cases. Ms. Stillman counsels employers nationwide on cross-border workplace issues and counsels international clients on U.S. employment and workplace safety and health law.

From 2004 through 2008, Ms. Stillman was named one of the leading U.S. lawyers for employment law by Chambers USA, based on the views of clients, peers and other industry professionals. Chambers reports that Ms. Stillman's clients call her "everything you want a lawyer to be." Chambers has also noted that Ms. Stillman is a "national star" who is widely recognized for her work on class action litigation and her "tremendous expertise in health and safety."

Ms. Stillman is the past chair of the Chicago Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Committee; a past board member of the University Club of Chicago; a board member of the Merit School of Music and the Northwestern University Law Board; a past Advisory Board member of the University of Michigan's Occupational Health and Safety Training Program; a past officer and director of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago; and a former faculty and past member of the Board of Advisors of the Institute of Human Resources and Industrial Relations of Loyola University of Chicago.

Ms. Stillman is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits; and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, District of Nebraska, District of Colorado, Eastern District of Texas, Western District of Wisconsin, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the District of North Dakota.

Ms. Stillman has written numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer on labor, employment, and workplace health and safety law issues.
