Jennifer Lynn Dereka

Jennifer L. Dereka is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Dereka has a background in chemical cases dealing with physiological cooling agents, pharmaceutical cases direct to Hatch-Waxman litigation, and litigation related to a medical device for venous foot pump actuation. Most recently, she has been involved in a litigation directed to medical devices in the form of clamps for use with external fixation devices, computer technology related to hardware and software, and a legal malpractice case.

Ms. Dereka earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School in 2002. While attending law school, Ms. Dereka was a member of the Sports Law Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association. She received her B.S., cum laude, in pharmacy from St. John's University School of Pharmacy in 1996. Ms. Dereka is a registered pharmacist in New York and in New Jersey.
