Kathleen A. Keyser

Kathleen A. Keyser is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Ms. Keyser focuses her practice on the leasing, financing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial and industrial properties. She has represented REITS, regional and national owners, landlords, and tenants in a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Keyser has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of real property purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (including ground leases and master leases), easements, and access agreements.

Ms. Keyser earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2002, and her A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1996.

Ms. Keyser is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
