Lindsay L. Vest is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Vest's practice includes counseling and representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including traditional labor work, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and employment policies. Ms. Vest has focused on litigating federal and state employment discrimination claims. She also is actively engaged in other complex litigation matters, including gender and race discrimination class actions, and she has an extensive background in counseling clients regarding a variety of federal and state employment laws.
Ms. Vest received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, where she served as an editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. While in law school, she interned for Judge Michael Baylson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Vest is a former member of the University of Pennsylvania Law School Inn of Court. She received her A.B. in politics and a certificate in Russian studies from Princeton University in 1998.
Ms. Vest is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
