Alexander Nestor is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Nestor focuses his practice primarily on employment litigation in both state and federal courts, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing and wrongful termination. He also has experience litigating state wage and hour class actions.
Mr. Nestor is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the American and Santa Clara County Bar Associations. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University in 1999, his M.A. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1995, and his B.A. from York University, Canada in 1992.
Mr. Nestor is admitted to practice in California and before all U.S. District Courts in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
