Alana F. Genderson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Genderson participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she gained litigation experience working at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia.
Ms. Genderson received her J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2010, where she was a managing editor for The George Washington International Law Review. She received her B.A., with distinction, in psychology from Duke University in 2007.
Ms. Genderson is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
