Brian C. Miner is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Miner is a member of both the Business Transactions and Securities Practices. He has significant experience in a wide range of business law matters, focusing on private equity transactional matters and merger and acquisition and joint venture transactions involving public and private companies.

In addition, Mr. Miner represents companies in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. His practice also includes counseling public companies with respect to obligations under and compliance with securities laws, corporate governance issues, and other general corporate matters.

Mr. Miner has recently represented clients in the life sciences, manufacturing, retail, energy, and shipping industries.
