Kimberly A. Taylor is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Taylor focuses her practice on a wide range of business law matters, with an emphasis on both public and private company merger and acquisition transactions and securities offerings. Her practice includes counseling corporations and private equity funds in a variety of transactional and securities law matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity offerings, venture capital investments, and general corporate law matters.
