Matthew T. Galbraith is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Galbraith focuses his practice on energy industry and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets, mergers and acquisitions of public and private entities, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate governance and contract matters.

Mr. Galbraith received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2009 and his B.A., magna cum laude, in English literature and philosophy from the University of St. Thomas in 2003.
