Beth M. Henke is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Henke focuses her practice on representing management in all matters of labor and employment law including employment discrimination, harassment, and retalition issues and litigation, wrongful discharge actions, and restrictive covenants. Ms. Henke also devotes a significant portion of her practice to counseling clients on a variety of employment matters, including harassment prevention and diversity training.
