Teresa Bechtold is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies. Ms. Bechtold's practice focuses on derivatives, securitizations, and structuring financial instruments.
In 2006, Ms. Bechtold received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her Certificate of Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business. She received her A.B., cum laude, in psychology from Harvard University in 2002.
Ms. Bechtold is admitted to practice in Minnesota and New York.
