Linda A. Rangel is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Rangel focuses her practice on venture capital financing, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
Under the umbrella of international human rights work, Ms. Rangel has clinical research experience in Namibian environmental and mining law and criminal prosecution experience in Guatemala, as well as intern experience in immigration law. In addition, she has clinical trial experience in education advocacy.
Ms. Rangel earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2010. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science and her B.S., summa cum laude, in business administration, with an emphasis in finance, from San Diego State University in 2007. She is fluent in Spanish.
