Brian T. Rockwell

Brian T. Rockwell is an associate in Morgan Lewis's FDA and Healthcare Practice. Mr. Rockwell counsels healthcare providers, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare service providers on regulatory and business issues that affect operations, transactions, and compliance efforts.

Mr. Rockwell helps clients to assess compliance program effectiveness and HIPAA privacy, as well as security policies and breach response plans. He also regularly advises on various Medicare coverage, reimbursement, and compliance issues affecting these entities, including drug and device coverage, pricing, and coding, joint venture structuring, and fraud and abuse laws. He also advises clients on 340B drug pricing program compliance and Affordable Care Act implementation. He also assists in counseling providers, medical device and pharmaceutical companies on federal and state investigations and self-disclosures involving False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, quality of care, coding, and billing matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Rockwell was an associate in the healthcare and public policy practice group of a national law firm.

Mr. Rockwell received his J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2010, where he was a Dean's Fellow. He received his M.P.H. in epidemiology from George Washington University in 2007 and his B.S. in biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2003.

Mr. Rockwell is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
