Mark S. Dichter is Chair of Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. For more than 35 years, Mr. Dichter has represented and counseled major employers in a full spectrum of employment law issues including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage hour laws, ERISA litigation, employee relations, and whistleblower cases.
Mr. Dichter also has dealt with the EEOC, U.S. Department of Labor, and OFCCP at the national and regional levels and has served as counsel for major corporations, securities firms, law firms, and the State of Oregon in high-profile class actions and other significant employment litigation.
Mr. Dichter has been recognized by several organizations as being among the leading labor and employment lawyers in the United States and internationally. He is active in many professional organizations, including his former position as Chair of the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section and regularly speaks at national seminars on employment law topics.
Mr. Dichter is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
