Brendan E. Radke is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Radke participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where he served as an Assistant Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Seattle, Washington. As a member of the District Unit Trial Team, he conducted more than 10 jury trials and negotiated hundreds of misdemeanor cases.

Mr. Radke received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010, where he finished in the top quarter of his class. While in law school, he served as the managing editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, received a Public Interest Law Association Fellowship, and participated in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. In 2008, Mr. Radke served as an intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Portland, Maine. He received his B.A. in English, with a minor in philosophy, from the College of the Holy Cross in 2004.

Mr. Radke is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
