Charles E. Engros Jr. is managing partner of Morgan Lewis's New York office, leader of the International Interdisciplinary Group, and co-head of the M&A Practice. A partner in the Business and Finance Practice, Mr. Engros focuses on corporate law, primarily in the areas of international mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and U.S. securities law compliance. He advises foreign-based companies on acquisitions and financings in the United States and other cross-border issues involving England and the United States.

Mr. Engros is a frequent author and speaker in England and the United States and abroad on financings and foreign investment in the United States. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including media and consumer products companies, as well as banks and securities industry professionals.

Before joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Engros was a partner at the New York firm of Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith.
