Michael E. Nissim

Michael E. Nissim is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice.  Mr. Nissim represents private equity funds both in fund formation and investments. He also provides counsel to major financial institutions, investment banks and other institutional investors in their roles as sponsors of and investors in private equity funds. Mr. Nissim has also represented clients in securities offerings (including public and private equity and debt offerings) and mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs and strategic alliances).

Mr. Nissim earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2005 and his B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 1999.
