Kristen M. Hall is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Global Outsourcing, Technology, and Commercial Transactions Practice. Ms. Hall focuses her practice on outsourcing transactions, including information technology and business process outsourcing, commercial agreements, and other technology-related agreements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hall served as a law clerk to Judge Joseph L. Marczyk of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Hall received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2010, where she was the associate editor of the Villanova Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from the University of Richmond in 2007.
