Vinay Varma is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Vinay focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including multijurisdictional and cross-border public and private M&A, financings, private equity, joint ventures, and equity capital markets. Vinay also advises on private investment fund formation and investment management.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Vinay completed his training contract and qualified as an associate in the London office of a major US law firm. In addition, he has worked in numerous overseas offices, including a six-month secondment to the Hong Kong office of his previous firm.
Vinay received his Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School, England in 2006 and his LLB (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, England in 2005.
Vinay is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
