Kathryn M. Nazarian is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Nazarian focuses her practice on employment litigation, including the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She regularly advises clients on employment issues such as employee termination risk assessment, wage and hour compliance, and recruiting and hiring. Ms. Nazarian also reviews and drafts employment-related agreements, such as management severance agreements. In addition to advising and defending corporate clients, Ms. Nazarian works pro bono for nonprofit and charitable organizations.
Ms. Nazarian earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008. While in law school, she was a member of the USF Law Review, completed a clinical program with the Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Program, and studied coursework in international law at Pazmany University in Budapest, Hungary. Ms. Nazarian also worked as a judicial extern to Administrative Law Judge Anne Beytin Torkington of the U.S. Department of Labor. She received her B.A., with honors, in international studies from Michigan State University in 2000.
