Chad M. Cowan is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Cowan participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship working for the Office of General Counsel of a local university.
Mr. Cowan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University in Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009, where he served as a research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2006.
Mr. Cowan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
