Joseph C. Hall is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Mr. Hall represents electric utilities and other electric industry participants before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and various state regulatory bodies on a range of energy-related matters, including electric industry restructuring, investigations, and energy litigation.
Mr. Hall also represents a number of electric utility clients in the areas of market-based rate authority, infrastructure development, market development, as well as transmission and rate matters. He advises utilities and electric industry participants on numerous issues related to independent system operators, regional transmission organizations, and independent coordinators of transmission. He also advises utility clients on responses to retail competition and state restructuring initiatives.
Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
