Lawrence H. Berger currently serves as senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. From 1972 through 2005, Mr. Berger was a partner in the firm. His practice focuses on representing business organizations, particularly private companies, financial institutions and healthcare companies, in a variety of corporate governance and transactional matters, including corporate finance, acquisitions and complex contracts. Mr. Berger also frequently advises a number of nonprofit organizations, including museums and educational institutions, in connection with their business affairs and governance matters.

Mr. Berger is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
