Wendy S. Walker is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice. Ms. Walker's practice focuses on bankruptcy, commercial lending, and debt restructuring including the representation of lending institutions, private equity firms, secured and unsecured creditors (both domestic and international), and debtors in connection with loan restructuring transactions, debtor-in-possession financing, trading in distressed debt, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Walker is a regular speaker concerning issues related to her practice, including presentations at the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors Annual Conference, the Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Conference, and the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce lecture series in Zurich. She is also a frequent author on issues relating to her practice, with articles published in the New York Law Journal, Business Law International, and Morgan Lewis on Restructuring.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Walker was associated with a prestigious commercial litigation and bankruptcy firm in New York.
