Jason B. Komorsky is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. He concentrates his practice on a variety of commercial litigation with an emphasis on insurance recovery disputes and complex litigation in both federal and state courts.
Mr. Komorsky was instrumental in a recently concluded four-month jury trial that resulted in a $188 million verdict for Fuller-Austin Insulation Company. Mr. Komorsky has also successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in insurance coverage litigation and advises clients on the procurement of insurance, insurance aspects of transactions, claims notification, and other insurance related issues.
