Daniel P. Murphy is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Murphy's practice focuses on intellectual property and patent litigation. He represents corporate clients in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical, electronic, and consumer products, with a particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman patent litigation.

Mr. Murphy received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2000, where he was a University Scholar and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He earned his B.A., with honors, in biology from New York University in 1989.
