Amanda E. Goff

Amanda E. Goff is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Goff focuses her practice on meeting the business and legal needs of emerging growth companies in the life sciences and technology sectors and of venture capitalists and other investors in emerging growth companies.

Ms. Goff has represented companies and venture capital firms in a variety of complex transactions, including private offerings of equity and debt securities, acquisitions and dispositions of private companies, and joint ventures and other strategic partnerships, as well as business process outsourcing, information technology outsourcing, distribution, licensing, services, and other technology-related agreements. Additionally, she regularly counsels board of directors and senior management of companies on governance, disclosure, and transactional matters, as well as general corporate matters.

Ms. Goff earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998, where she was the updates editor for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993, where she was a Morehead Scholar.

Ms. Goff is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
